UN SECURITY COUNCIL TO VOTE ON ISRAEL-HAMAS RESOLUTION
The UN Security council has scheduled a vote on reworded Gaza Resolutions and discuss the hospital blast on October 18, The resolution initially condemned "the heinous terrorist attack by Hamas" on Israel as well all violence against civilians, it also called for "humanitarian pauses" to deliver desperately needed aid to millions in Gaza.
The vote follows the council's rejection Monday evening of Russian-drafted resolutions that condemned violence and terrorism against civilians. however, the Russian resolution, which called for "humanitarian cease-fire", had failed to make a mention of Hamas
"ISRAEL MUST PROVE IT WAS NOT BEHIND GAZA HOSPITAL ATTACK"
Russia said Israel must provide satellite images to prove it was not involved in the explosion at Al-Ahli Hospital, Foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told Radio Sputnik the blast was a " dehumanizing crime" until now, the kremlin has underlined the strength of its relations with both Palestine and Israel,
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Moscow has long-standing historical ties with Palestinian, Moscow also said it has "a lot in common" with Israel, including the fact that many Israel are former Russian citizens.
Kremlin Spokesperson said Russia sought to play a role in resolving the conflicts and warned against it spilling over into other regions
ISRAEL REITERATES CALLS FOR GAZA CITY EVACUATE
Israel has reportedly reiterates a warning to people still in Gaza city to move south, The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) called on Gaza City residents "to evacuate south for their protection" in a post on social media, Hundreds of thousands Palestinians have left northern Gaza as Israel readies for an expected ground offensive against Hamas.
The UN agency for Palestinian refugees says Khan Younis and other southern areas have been hit by Israel Air attacks in previous days, on October 13, at least 70 Palestinians were killed in Israel Air raids as they were fleeing from north to south.
Meanwhile, four Israel soldiers were hurt in an anti-tank guided missile attack from Lebanon on October 18, according to the IDF, Hezbollah Earlier claimed responsibility for the the attack, marking at least the seventh missile attack in 24 hours
The IDF announced the creation of humanitarian zone in southern Gaza where international aid will be provided. This comes after days of negotiations with Egypt, the US and others to create safe zone for fleeing Gazans
The IDF Says there is a "humanitarian zone' with aid available in Al-Mawasi, 28KM down the coast of the Palestinian enclave
GERMAN CHANCELLOR EVACUATES PLANE IN TEL AVIV
A rocket alert forced German Chancellor Ollaf Scholz to disembark from his plane shortly before it was due to take off for Egypt, A video clip of the incident showed German officials lying down next to the German aircraft at Ben Gurion Airport as sirens went off.
The German leader was later taken to bomb shelter at the airport, as per the reports. Scholz was in Israel to express Germany's solidarity with the country to Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu
